Six tests. All passed. All stamped.
6G is the all-position pipe test. The pipe is fixed at 45 degrees and you weld around it, so you hit flat, vertical, overhead, and everything in between on one coupon. Every test here was bend tested and signed by an AWS Certified Welding Inspector, not by me. Tap a row to see the actual form.

Straight talk.
I'm not a twenty-year hand and I'm not going to act like one. I'm a 21-year-old with seven months of school, six passed coupons, and six weeks of 7/12s at U.S. Steel in Gary, Indiana, welding on turbines during an outage. Seven days a week, twelve hours a day, $55 an hour and $100 a day per diem. I didn't miss a shift. That's not twenty years, but it's not nothing.
What I can do is run a 6010 root and a 7018 cap that pass a bend, TIG carbon and stainless without sugaring the back side, and go downhill on 6 inch. I can fit, tack, grind, and prep a joint so the welder isn't fighting it. I own my hood, my leathers, and my grinder.
What I want is a spot on a crew. Helper, fitter, or under the hood. I'll do the boring parts right, keep the rod oven loaded, and weld out when the foreman says I'm ready. Anywhere in the lower 48, per diem or not, rotations are fine.
- Hood and leathersAuto-dark hood, jacket, sleeves, gloves, FR clothing. My own.
- Grinder and hand tools4 1/2 inch grinder, wheels, clamps, levels, square, soapstone, tape.
- ProcessesStick and TIG. Rod oven discipline, tungsten prep, machine setup.
- PaperOSHA-10. First Aid and CPR. Six CWI-signed test records.
- TransportReliable truck, clean driving record, will drive to the job.
- ScheduleDays, nights, weekends, shutdowns. Available now.
Where I've been.
A pipe weld goes in passes. Root, hot pass, fill, cap. So far, so did this.

Welder, turbine outage 7/12s. $55 an hour plus $100 a day per diem.
Six weeks of turbine welding on a 7/12 schedule. Seven days a week, twelve hours a day, in a mill that doesn't stop. Worked under the outage crew, kept up with the hands, and went home when the job was done. First real field check.

Server, team leader, catering
Paid the bills while I figured out how to get to Wyoming. Autobell made me a team leader inside six months. Long shifts, lot crews, angry customers, training new hires. Not welding, but it's the reason I know how to show up.

Take 5 Oil Change, then Dynamic Auto Tune
Technician, then welder and shop hand
First job at 16 in a drive-through oil bay. Then the summer of 2021 at Dynamic Auto Tune, my first paid welding. Custom vehicle fab in a busy shop. Fit-up, tacking, grinding, prepping material. This is where I found out I wanted to do this for real.
East Mecklenburg High School, Charlotte, class of 2024, full automotive program. One semester at Appalachian State before I figured out I'd rather be under a hood.
Call or text. I'll answer.
If you've got a spot open and a test you want me to weld, tell me where and when. I'll be there with my own gear.
